Before & After: Fripp Island
This Fripp Island house is the second we’ve renovated for the family, remember the Beach House Uplift project? This house has been owned by the family for years. They bought and renovated the house next door in order to create a compound retreat for their large family. After the Beach House Uplift was raised up and renovated, it was clear that the neighboring house was in need of an overhaul as well. The spaces in the house were so seventies, it was dark, closed in and not working for this young, vibrant, and active family. The house was gutted, all the doors and windows removed, all fixtures, flooring, tile, hvac, and cabinets were replaced. The result is a comfortable, light-filled, beach house that fits in as the second in this family compound. The before-and-after shots are pretty dramatic!
