On the Boards: Hilton Head Renovation

This house is a 1970’s ranch style house on Hilton Head Island. It was partially renovated a few years ago. The owners called us to design a more comprehensive plan for the remainder of the work. In her words, the client hired us because of our “sensitivity to contemporary designs, respect of natural surroundings, innovative use of natural material and environmental solutions.” The renovation includes a new roof, new windows, new kitchen and laundry space, new entry, new HVAC and a garage addition.
