St. Simons Island
We designed this St. Simons Island house around this fabulous Live Oak. The clients wanted the house to gently fit into the neighborhood unlike some of the recent new homes that over power the street.
The swimming pool is raised to be level with the first floor. This creates privacy from the road and maximizes the great view over the marsh.
The bookmatched stone fireplace is stunning.

Fripp Island
The beach front house on Fripp Island is going up! Second floor walls and ceiling are being framed and the sheathing is being installed. Remember when this house was on the boards (click link to see the preliminary design)? We made some changes from that original design, which is very typical of how we work; always morphing the design to fit the clients needs, wants, and budget.
St. Simons Island
The house on St. Simons Island is getting pretty close to completion and is looking fantastic! Benjie visits the site once a month, since it is farther from our office than most of our projects that we visit weekly. The fireplace photo is from last month, there has been more progress, but the photo from last month was better. How gorgeous is that bookmatched quartzite stone??

Under Construction in Beaufort SC
Our services include construction administration, which is essential for the success of our projects. We visit the job sites regularly to ensure that the house is being built as drawn, and to address any issues or questions that invariably arise during the construction process. We welcome abundant questions from the contractors and our clients during the construction phase. The more we communicate, the better the outcome. Factory Creek House
The view from this house is incredible. It sits on a bluff over Factory Creek, with a west facing view over the Beaufort River and downtown Beaufort, SC. There will be some spectacular sunset watching going on in this great room!
Long Cove Renovation
The outdoor living areas at this house are fantastic! Can't you just imagine gathering with friends around the outdoor fireplace on a chilly evening or soaking in some of the first warm weather days of the Spring?
St. Simons Island, Georgia
There has been lots of progress on the St. Simon's Island house since construction began in November! It's always fun to see the house take shape in the framing phase.

Exterior Rendering
An exterior rendering is an excellent tool when selecting colors and materials for your home. To decide the window color for our project on St Simon's Island, Benjie prepared three options to show the clients. By using a combination of our Revit model, photographs and stock photos of plants and materials, Benjie can create a realistic image of the house. The live oaks in this rendering are from photographs of the site!
