This is a two car garage with a workshop and living quarters on the second floor. The second floor has one bedroom, one bathroom and living area and a kitchenette. A 14'x 14' porch doubles the area of public space. We've drawn a few versions of this plan. By choosing the version with no porch (version 1), the total dimensions of the building are reduced to 24'x 32'. The elevation drawings are based on the version 2. Versions 2 & 3 are the same, except the breakfast nook on version 3 is bumped out to give a little more space.
