The Dogwood house plan is a classic square house with a detached guest house.  The interior spaces can be open to the screened outdoor living space by opening the folding glass walls. The master suite and a second bed and bath are on the second floor. The guest house is connected to the main house with a covered walkway.

With a large screened living and dining area, as well as an ample front porch, the outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxation and entertaining. The folding glass wall provides separation between inside and out, without blocking light from the great room.

The three-sided fireplace is shared between the living room, outdoor dining and outdoor living room.
