    Are you Ready?

    This exercise allows you to assess how ready you are to move into the Design Phase. If you are not close to 10 on ALL scales, we have some preliminary work to accomplish before starting the Design Phase. If you rush into the design phase without this information available, you will run the risk of making too many assumptions, which can cause the project to go over budget.

    • Answer: Zero = low, 10 = high

    A score below 25 means that you are still in the Research phase. We have resources that can help you with your research in selecting your lot or developing the program.

    A score of 26-40 puts you in the Analysis phase. It is time to select your Architect who will help you move forward on your project.

    A score of 41 and above means your are ready to engage an Architect and start the Preliminary Design. We are ready…
