To celebrate our 25th year in business, we did some major renovations around our office. We like to use local products and businesses whenever possible and couldn't have made the office look so great without all these folks: BPG Landscape Architects, T&T Construction, Michael Sanders Woodworks, Grayco, Preservation Tree Care, Cummings Custom Builders, Specialty Tile, Carolina Lumber Sourcing, Velux, Milliken Carpet.
The first renovation was when we first moved our office to Lady's Island from Downtown Beaufort in 1992. We raised the roof of the garage to create our studio and used the front for the conference room, reception area, storage room and bathroom. We hadn't done much decorating since 1992, so it seemed like the perfect time to get it back in order.
We tore out the back wall and installed giant sliding doors made by Anderson. The table and console were built by Michael Sanders Woodworks. The lumber for the furniture came from Lewis Cummings of Cummings Custom Builders in Walterboro. The cypress for the table was reclaimed from the Erhardt Train Station, and the wood on the walls is antique heart pine. The chairs were designed by Matthew Hilton and are available here.
BPG Landscape Architects did a fantastic job on the landscaping. Thanks for working so hard in the freezing cold!
We had a great time at our open house last night! Thank you for all your support and congratulations. We are honored to be a part of this community.
