Wetmore Renovation

Before – The Wetmore’s house was built in the early nineties and did not have a very cohesive plan or nice details. The front had strange bollards around the front porch. The strangest part was the applied stucco trim around the garage door. The foyer opened onto the middle of an off-centered wall that separated the living room from the family room. The living room ceiling had a steeped ziggerat design and was very strange. The kitchen was dark and uninviting. The mster bathroom was a nightmare.

As you can see, the project was a major renovation. We opened the house up to one large great room and relocated the kitchen on the end so there is lots of light. The ceiling we reconfigured and finished with cypress. The bathrooms were all redone. The birds are New Ravenna Mosaic http://www.newravenna.com/ The wavey tile is Artisctic Tile http://artistictile.com/ The tile in the master bathroom is Alyse Edward tile http://www.alysedwards.com/

The contractors were the Powell Brothers of Beaufort.
